Okay, so I find if I have a menu plan for the week I actually find time to make it. It's less stressful, and we eat good & save money. I'm working on one for this week and next & suggestions/ideas are welcome. Remember I am the only one who really cooks. Chris is limited to grilling, and cooking pasta w/ meat sauce & complains the entire time!!
Tuesday--Digiornio (because I am being lazy tonight)
Wednesday--Black Bean soup topped with sour cream w/ crackers of course
Thursday--spaghetti w/ turkey meat sauce
Friday--Chicken torillini soup
Saturday--something in the crock pot (because I work every saturday)
Sunday-- not sure yet (baking Pumpkin ginger bread)
& I have all next week to plan.......
Ideas:
Stuffed peppers
spaghetti squash (mac/cheese style)
Grilled cheese & tomato soup
"brinner" AKA breakfast for dinner--- maybe scrambled eggs & bacon/ham & homefries

try a quick stir fry... you can get quick sale veggies at the market :)
