Okay, so I modified a pinterest recipe I found!! Came out wonderful! Fun to make and take pictures of!
The original recipe called for oreos surrounded by peanut butter covered with brownie batter & baked. Yumm-o, Right? Yes, but I have modified the recipe.
1- I took out the cream filling and put peanut butter between the oreos
2- I bought the berry oreos for the pink filling (Valentine's Day theme).
3- The filling I took out I cut into hearts for decoration on top of the brownie cupcakes, and I used some frosting as well! A mini oreo to top it off, too. I also made about 3 w/ the berry filling and skipped the peanut butter.
