Yup, I said it. I never thought I would.. but I did. I wish it were a possibilty for our little family. I wish I could cook/clean/ take care of Madd's , and enjoy my time with her. Not many people can afford that.. and we are def. one of those families that would have a tough time w/ it.
But, I could do playdates routinely, etc. No way I can afford it.
On the other hand, daycare is soooo... good for Madd's to socialize and become familier w/ other people.. so sometimes I am just torn all together on what I would like. It doesn't really matter , because we are just going to have to be a dual income family for a while.......
Ughhh... just what's on my stinkin mind.
OH.. PS---the recipe below was to die for!! Delicious!!
